**Background**:

Based in Washington, D.C., Creative has a field presence in more than 25 countries with a strong client portfolio that includes the U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department, among others. Since its founding in 1977, Creative has earned a solid reputation among its clients and is well-regarded by competitors and partners alike.

**Project Summary**:
The Sustainable Economic Territorial Transformation (SETT) project in Colombia will support licit and sustainable economic opportunities and investment in a targeted geography to foster equitable and environmentally sustainable growth, development, and peace implementation. The anticipated project objectives are to 1) increase licit and sustainable economic opportunities through local business and value chain development, 2) improve local economic competitiveness through public and private investment in goods and services, and 3) increase community engagement in local development through improved CBO performance.

The intended project will prioritize the PDET municipalities included in the Colombia CDCS (Country Development Cooperation Strategy), and the budget is anticipated to be between $50-100 million over 5 years.
