**We are looking for an Admissions Officer to be based in Bogota, Colombia**

**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agents, students, parents and sponsors to ensure repeat business
- Meeting regional enrolment targets
- Closely working with the Conversion team to convert students at all stages of the student journey, as needed.

**About you**:

- Knowledge of the US education system (desirable)
- Experience using Salesforce CRM as a sales tool (desirable)
- Study abroad experience / International student graduate (desirable)
- Fluency in an additional language (Spanish or Portuguese) (desirable)
- Ability to build strong relations, quickly, with customers and colleagues
- Outstanding attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently and effectively
- Results-focused and a passion for meeting targets
- Performance-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods)
- Excellent English oral, written and communication skills including a positive tone of voice and an ability to enunciate clearly
- Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in customers and helping them to achieve their goals
- Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students
