**What You'll Do**
- **Design and Layout**: Develop visually appealing and reader-friendly layouts for RFPs, presentations, brochures, reports, newsletters, and other editorial content.
- **Collaboration with RFP Team**: Work closely with the RFP team to produce high-quality RFPs for MOYA and FORMA by MOYA, ensuring all materials meet the required standards and deadlines.
- **Collaboration with FORMA Team**: Collaborate with the FORMA team to produce a wide range of editorial content, including marketing materials, whitepapers, digital publications, and more.
- **Editorial Oversight**: Manage and execute all editorial design-related tasks for the company and its clients, ensuring consistency and high standards across all projects.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines across various editorial projects.
- **Proofing and Quality Control**: Review and proof all designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
- **Innovation and Creativity**: Continuously bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the design process and final output.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and software to ensure the highest standards of design quality and efficiency.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate with various departments to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of editorial projects.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Advanced English Level (B2+)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing editorial design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating interactive digital publications.
- Experience with photography and illustration.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with print production processes and digital publishing.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
