**Andean Security Manager**
**Tu Impacto**
- Identificar, mitigar y administrar efectivamente riesgos y vulnerabilidades que puedan amenazar la seguridad de la Compañía, la capacidad de recuperación y la supervivencia de la organización.
- Estructurar, desarrollar e implementar programas de seguridad, basados en los níveles de amenaza que tiene el negocio, y que efectivamente lleve a la consecución de los principales objetivos; preservar la integridad física de los colaboradores, los activos, la información y las operaciones de la compañía en el cluster Andino.
- Determinar el nível de riesgo de la compañía en cada uno de los países en donde opera y establecer una estrategia de Seguridad Corporativa.
- Administrar y promover el plan corporativo de Seguridad, liderando el desarrollo e implementación de las acciones críticas.
- Crear y desarrollar una estructura operativa de apoyo (equipo de trabajo) según necesidades en cada uno de los países del OU Andinos.
- Responsable de la seguridad y protección de altos ejecutivos viviendo o visitando cada uno de los países del OU Andinos.
- Preparar estrategias y operaciones investigativas para desarrollar los casos asumidos, tomando en cuenta tiempo de recolección de información, tiempo de investigación y tiempo de entrega.
- Preparar reportes mensuales y semestrales de las actividades realizadas por el área de Seguridad Corporativa, evidenciando logros medibles y cuantificables.
- Responsable por la estructuración y desarrollo del programa de concientización y prevención en materia de seguridad.
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo del máster plan general de continuidad del negocio.
- Evaluar el cumplimiento de los servicios de proveedores externos en materia de seguridad y vigilancia en los países del cluster.
Qualifications:
**¿A quién buscamos?**
Educación:
- Profesional en carreras afines a la seguridad (Administración de la Seguridad, Profesional Ciencias Militares)**. (requerido)**:
- Posgrado en áreas afines a la seguridad. (deseable)
Experiência:
- Experiência 10+ años en el área de seguridad privada y/o pública. (requerido)
- Experiência en la implementación de programas para fomentar la cultura de prevención en seguridad a todos los níveles de la compañía.
- Experiência en la administración de programas de seguridad que permitan reducir de manera significativa las pérdidas por robo y fraude.
Conocimiento:
- Ingles B2+. (intermedio-avanzado)
- Conocimiento en la legislación sobre seguridad privada y pública. (deseable)
- Conocimiento en la gestión de riesgos. (desable)
- Conocimiento en procesos y procedimientos OEA. (desable)
