Credit Supervisor - Invoice to Cash responsible for Influencing business decisions in order to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans related to Invoice-to-Cash Process, specially focused in Credit & Risk Management, but also supporting Accounts Receivables Management, Portfolio Efficiency, Reserves, Reports and Controls Accountability, DSO and Past Due Reduction with focus on Sales-to-Cash process improvements and long-term sustainability challenging constructively the status quo and stakeholders towards cash conversion cycle. Support and lead diverse organizational transformation projects. Provides financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. Ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals, coaching and building a diverse pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Invoice-to-Cash front in Credit & Risk Management for different sectors, lifting process to achieve high standards of results, controls and compliance.
- Streamline Credit Analysis, Financial Evaluations and KPIs focused on credit risk assessment to foster a healthy portfolio.
- Serve as a Business Partner to different sectors focusing on Credit & Risk mitigation alongside with Cash Flow generation and I2C KPIs improvement.
- Take on responsibility to partner with different internal Sales-to-Cash stakeholders to anticipate P&L impacts and achieve high standards on Credit recommendations.
- Acts as liaison with internal and external stakeholders when appropriate. Analyzes company actual performance vs. business plan, which may include Credit and Risk recommendation, owning Controls and Procedures related to SOX.
- Develops policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives, with focus in Sales-to-Cash routines:

- Perform and support the financial closings.
- Deliver and analyze reporting, KPIs and operational follow-up.
- Understand on an end-to-end perspective the Credit and Collections processes preventing any impact due to a customer special contracts or conditions.
- Identify operational risks that could impact the process.
- Support I2C area Budget controlling, with accountability.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas on multiple different projects.
- Provide Regional SME knowledge on I2C processes, local considerations partnering and supporting Regional I2C Leadership on appropriate forums and meetings. Lead monthly business reviews with Sr. Leaders driving appropriate action plans.
- Support process standardization execution within region leads to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments.
- Support process standardization efforts within region leads & manage metrics/value realization tracking also managing appropriate database and information
- Participate in process, documentation, and DTP/WI reviews to ensure impact for GS inclusive of training and change & comms strategies.
- Facilitate execution timelines aligned with Global Finance roadmap.
- Support Lead regional ITC organization aiming for sound support and partnering to BU by active credit risk monitoring and management, supporting collection strategy and tactic plus tidy internal processes to speed up cash risk mitigation (PnL and Cash).
- Partnering with GPO organization, searching of further productivity and efficiencies and having an open transformational mind are important requisites for this leadership role.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and above - Finance, Business Administration or Accountant.
- Desired Finance and/or I2C operation experience cross all processes with good track of record. Accounting, Audit, Projects or FP&A experience would be a plus.
- Strong communication and interconnection skills in English
- Enterprise mind-set and problem solving capability
- Qualities required: Good skills are required to build relationships and be able to work with actors and stakeholders located inside and outside of Colombia or other LATAM countries with shared and divergent interests. Good communication skills, being able to work in a team, interact and influence various levels of the organization related to the issues and their load are necessary. Very
