**What You'll Do**
- Develop market intelligence for competitors, schools, social media groups, and demographic information for new and existing markets
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting by partnering with Manager of Talent Acquisition

**About You**
- 1+ of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment that requires research and follow through.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of Mac platforms, G Suite, social media, apps and chrome plugins
- Quick learner with a curious mind demonstrating persistence and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills
- Engaging personality that cultivates relationships
- A self-starter, strategic thinker who is action driven and takes pride in being a strong performer going above and beyond
