Hostess

We are currently seeking individuals to fulfil the **Hostess** role on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia.

Be part of the pre-opening team for a restaurant located in one of the most exceptional districts in Riyadh.
- About you:_
- Work experience as a Hostess for two years or more at a luxury fine-dining restaurant/5-star hotel.
- A good understanding of restaurant etiquette.
- Excellent communicating skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Hold a Valid passport.
- Job Description/Major Responsibilities:_

As a Hostess in a restaurant, your duties may include greeting guests as they arrive and adding them to a waiting list if necessary.

You'll be responsible for providing guests with menus, and answering any initial questions, as well as seating them in the appropriate area.

You'll need to keep track of table rotations to ensure servers receive the right number of customers while also accommodating guests' seating preferences.

It's important to engage with guests throughout their meal to make sure they're satisfied with the food and service. If there are any complaints, you'll need to respond promptly and work to resolve the issue.

You'll also be responsible for answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general information about the restaurant.

A good knowledge of the menu will be required, as well as the flexibility to help out in other positions as needed.

Above all, you'll need to provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- The package being offered includes:_
- A monthly salary ranging from 1400 to 1600 USD, which will be determined based on experience.
- Company-provided accommodation in a shared, furnished room.
- Transportation provided by the company.
- A work schedule of 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Health insurance provided by the company.
- An annual return flight ticket to the employee's home country.
- A contract period of 2 years, with the option to renew.
- Company-provided visa.
- 1-month training.
