**RedValley** is seeking a talented **Web Designer **to create captivating digital content, animations, and website designs that reflect the innovative spirit of both MOYA Design Partners and FORMA by MOYA. Reporting directly to the Art Director and collaborating closely with the Graphic Design Department and Communications Team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our digital visions to life, crafting visually striking designs that communicate our brands’ messages across various digital platforms.

FORMA by MOYA focuses on transforming ideas into tangible solutions that elevate brands through strategic design across digital, experiential, and editorial platforms.

**What You'll Do**
- Design dynamic, user-friendly websites, incorporating the latest UX/UI and ADA principles to enhance brand engagement and user experience.
- Create captivating digital animations, motion graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations, elevating brand storytelling.
- Conceptualize and execute digital design projects under the guidance of the Art Director, collaborating with both the Graphic Design Department and Communications Team for strategic alignment.
- Manage and organize a comprehensive digital asset library, including images, videos, animations, and design files.
- Stay updated on digital design trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance digital content and engagement strategies.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, with a strong portfolio displaying digital design work, including website design, digital animations, video editing, and multimedia projects.
- 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and video editing software.
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
- Exceptional creativity in digital design and video editing, with a focus on crafting engaging visual stories and user experiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment.
