We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technical Services team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the infrastructure team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional support engineering. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of how to seamlessly mesh tech know-how with business acumen but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

The Infrastructure Engineer will help the team to navigate all our cloud computing needs, including infrastructure administration, maintenance, support, integrations, and everything in between. The Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers (primarily Azure and limited on-premises), networks and VoIP phone systems. They will support the deployment and release of new technologies as well as configure, test, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, telephony systems, and related utilities and hardware. The Engineer must be fluent in English and be able to work collaboratively with both business and software development departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Meraki network stacks and IPSs.
- Monitor and support cloud infrastructure environments including Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams cloud VoIP with direct routing, collaboration tools, and storage in accordance with company security guidelines.
- Manage domain registrations.
- Employ exceptional advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.
- Work across teams to ensure IT system upgrades, deployments and maintenance are conducted with mínimal impact to the operation.
- Participate in short
- and long-term planning efforts with management.
- Work with team to eliminate physical infrastructure acquired through mergers and acquisitions.
- Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
- Take on support tickets to ensure SLAs and other metrics are met.

**Basic Qualifications**
- English Proficiency: Full Fluency / Completely Bilingual.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- PowerShell experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing VoIP environments (preferably Microsoft).
- Advanced network, computing, and system management skills (Firewall, Wireless Network, NAC etc. preferably Meraki).
- Experience in supporting Cloud deployments.
- 3-5 years of experience in general technology infrastructure management, 2+ years with Networking and VoIP.
- Good knowledge of Teams based Conferencing systems.
- Extensive knowledge of computing support roles, including security administration, service desk, and operating system support.
- Experience in planning and assisting in the ongoing establishment and movement of systems and technologies from on-premises to the public cloud.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Microsoft Certifications in any of the following areas:

- Microsoft Azure Administrator.
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.
- Microsoft 365 Teams Voice Engineer Expert.
- Cisco/Meraki Certified.
