**About the Role**:

- Design visually stunning and intuitive websites that captivate users and effectively convey our brand message.
- Create performative landing page designs that drive engagement for top-funnel marketing efforts, refresh website designs, and develop new layouts.
- Work closely with marketing teams to translate marketing ideas into pixel-perfect designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Utilize Figma wireframes to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure website performance optimization for speed and SEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and meet project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our websites remain innovative and competitive.

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs.
- Expertise in Webflow and proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to work in PST - CST time zones.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Notion.
- Looking for a part-time job.
