**Responsibilities**:

- Execute a high volume of successful closures, earning commission for every deal you seal.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.
- Embrace a commission-driven mindset that fuels your ambition.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of (3) three years of experience in recruitment, including at least (1) year in a commission-based role,

showcasing your deal-closing skills.
- Solid experience recruiting positions IT related.
- Strong knowledge of IT terminology, and keen to learn.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
- An energetic, driven personality that aligns with commission-focused success.
- A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales or closure targets.
- Strong sense of ownership and belonging within a team-driven environment.
