Full Stack Engineer

**Acerca del puesto Full Stack Engineer (C# and React)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers on the team.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that all code is of high quality and maintainable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Act as a technical lead on large-scale projects and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

**Knowledge**:

- How to cover code in tests effectively
- Aware of poorly written code

**Skills**:

- Object Oriented Design, how to implement patterns at system/subsystem level
- Branching and merging code
- Profile code and identify performance bottlenecks
- Can implement effective error handling from scratch as per department best practice

**Behavior**:

- Organizes code in a project appropriately.
- Designs testable code libraries
- Analyses their code quality metrics
