Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Schedule: Monday To Friday | 8 to 5 EST.- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Bogota

**What do you need to succeed?**
- English Level: C1.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Classic and Lightning experience required).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and deployments. Experience with Outlook/Gmail integrations, Data Loader, Duplicate Management and Communities/Experiences is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving Salesforce solutions

Tech Stack:

Salesforce Platform Management:

- Customize and manage profiles, permission sets, layouts, workflows, and other platform features to meet specific business requirements.

Flow Automation and Solution Development:

- Leverage your 2 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain Flow Builder automations, Field Service Lightning features, and multiple object relationships to address unique business needs.
- Create and implement tailored solutions and automations to enhance operational efficiency and streamline sales processes.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their unique business requirements and effectively translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment of Salesforce configurations with their evolving needs.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide ongoing technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve platform-related issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges and implement solutions that enhance Salesforce functionality.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

- Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to educate users on Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Share expertise and insights with colleagues, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
