**Acerca del proyecto**

**Responsabilidades**
- Create Banners Ad using JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Propose solutions and provide estimations on projects
- Work with the design team, tech leads and PMs
- Develop mobile-compatible advertisements and banners
- Coach and support junior developers in fulfill their tasks and improving their skills
- Ensure that implementation matches the design, including syncing
- Implement HTML5 banners using CSS3, SVG and DOM
- Customize HTML, CSS, and JS code generated by various tools (eg. Adobe Animate, Google web designer, etc.)
- Optimize HTML, CSS, and JS code to achieve maximum performance with minimum size
- Ensure browser compatibility
- Willing to work overtime and research online marketing resolutions

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3+ years of experience working on professional web design using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Proficient in HTML/XHTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and performance optimization
- Ability to work with IDEs (Sublime Text is required)
- Ability to work with Adobe Animate
- Strong experience and background in JavaScript are required
- Experience with at least one JavaScript framework is required
- Strong background in HTML5/CSS3.
- Knowledge of pre-processed CSS styling (SASS, LESS).
- Knowledge and experience in graphic design for web, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a strong plus.
- Familiar with OLA (Online Advertised) standards.
- knowledge in timeline animation tools.
- Knowledge using repositories (eg. GitHub o Bitbucket) is a strong plus.
- Implementation of banner templates.
- Knowledge in W3C Standards (or able to learn quickly about them).
- Independent, responsible, and proactive with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.

- Desirable English Proficiency (B1 reading, writing, and conversation).

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

- Extensive use of monitor, keyboard, mouse or Wacom tablet.
