Your role will also involve ensuring accurate measurements and dimensions in all designs, making each project a success.

**Your tasks as an Architectural Designer will include**:

- Taking full responsibility for assigned projects, understanding project scope, schedule, and budget, and effectively leading the team.
- Organizing and coordinating with internal teams and consultants to align with project goals.
- Possessing strong technical skills and knowledge in drafting.
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of drawings produced by the team.
- Prioritizing tasks and effectively managing project schedules.
- Coordinating with all necessary consultants.
- Coordinating architectural and engineering drawings.
- Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level architects to produce high-quality work.
- Managing project finances and contracts.
- Anticipating the need for additional services before they arise.
- Reviewing shop drawings and conducting punch lists.
- Embodying strong work ethics to contribute to the growth of our company.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- _B2 level English proficiency._
- At least 5 years of full-time professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years managing teams.
- Ability to read and interpret various blueprint types.
- Proven experience in creating structural designs.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Familiarity and experience using physical drafting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design flaws.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,000,000 per month
