**Descripción general del área**

El área de consultoría de Experian Colombia, está encargada de un grupo de productos de alto valor hacia los clientes y prospectos de Experian Colombia. A través de esta consultoría se hace la identificación de las necesidades del cliente, desarrollando casos de negocio de forma que se pueda sustentar numéricamente los beneficios de las plataformas o productos “especializados” que ofrece el área.

Los productos ofrecidos por el área tienen como característica la necesidad de un alto grado de especialidad para su desarrollo, así como un alto nível de seniority para engranar todo el componente técnico con el negocio. Estos productos tienen altos níveles de inversión por lo que el ciclo es prolongado.

**Propósito del cargo**

Responsable de la gestión de cuentas ejecutivas asignadas para el desarrollo de productos de Experian y asignados al área. Los clientes asociados pueden pertenecer a cualquier segmento (financiero, real, telecomunicaciones, etc.) y en la mayoría de los casos el uso de los productos de Experian se relaciona con necesidades sobre el control del riesgo de crédito.

El consultor especializado debe identificar necesidades de los clientes alrededor del riesgo mencionado, dar la mejor solución para satisfacer dicha necesidad utilizando las plataformas de Experian. Para lograr un proceso exitoso, el Consultor debe tener una alta comprensión del negocio del cliente, como también un completo dominio de las plataformas de Experian, de modo que se tenga claro el alcance, las bondades y lo que puede abarcar cada nuevo proyecto.

**Entregables**
- Establecer relaciones a largo plazo de los clientes y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Fuerte componente técnico para el desarrollo de la venta consultiva.

**Responsabilidades del cargo**
- Asegurar un alto nível de relación con los ejecutivos relevantes en cada área de la organización de un cliente o prospecto, donde aplican nuestras soluciones
- Identificar las necesidades de nuestros clientes que pueden ser resueltas por los productos de Experian.
- Desarrollar propuestas económicas a nuestros clientes en procesos tipo de RFI's / RFP's, en coordinación con Preventas y las áreas de soporte correspondientes. En muchas ocasiones la oferta debe ir acompañado de un caso de negocio.
- Desarrollar casos de negocio y documentar casos de éxito que respalden el proceso de venta.
- Hacer seguimiento al Pipeline generado y los procesos de venta en desarrollo.
- Hacer seguimiento al presupuesto asignado al área y establecer planes de acción para llegar a tal fin.
- Establecer planes de ventas con una recurrencia definida para los clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Gestión de contratos, en coordinación con Preventa y áreas de soporte.
- Presentación, negociación y cierre de tratos, y su correspondiente gestión de pipeline a través de Salesforce®
- Plantear soluciones punta a punto para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes por medio de las plataformas de Experian.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Buscamos un profesional con al menos 10 (diez) años de experiência en un rol de Consultor en compañías de tecnología y mínimo 2 (dos) años en entidades como FICO, BClever, Provenir, SAS, IBM, Oracle o UFlow.

**Educación**:Profesionales en carreras como administración, ingeniería, economía, (orientación a negocios)

**Idiomas**:Inglés avanzado

**Experiência en**:definición/diseño de estrategias de originación/mantenimiento y/o cobranzas en organizaciones financieras.
