On a typical day you will:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV5.- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reporting and payroll transactions.- Proactively manage payroll calendars.-
- Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation components.- Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll-related matters.- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and seamless payroll processing.- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the payroll system.- Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data to support financial and accounting functions.- Stay updated on payroll best practices, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
- 1+ years of experience processing payroll for US.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administering payroll for the US.- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/HR/Industrial engineering is a plus.- English fluency required.- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) & Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus completion within 1 year of hire.- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV5.- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills- Familiar with SOX controls framework & auditing concepts- Proven analytical and trouble-shooting skills, identify solutions to resolve simple to complex problem- Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers within the organization
