TelevisaUnivision is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Research Analyst to join our Digital Sales and Analytics department. The Senior Digital Research Analyst will report to the Director of Digital Research and Analytics and will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring digital audience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for UCI national and local properties. They will create and optimize digital experiences in support of company objectives.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Responsible for creating and managing detailed metrics reports for both web and social media, to help editorial to digital teams achieve their goals, understand their performance and improve their operations.- Manage scheduled daily, weekly and monthly reports for web and social media, including extracting large data sets, organizing reports and writing analyses.- Support the Director of Digital Research and Analytics on ad hoc requests to support multiple internal stakeholders from different groups- Monitor digital and social media strategy trends to provide all organizational stakeholders with information and recommendations.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or other relevant degree.- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics) as well as social analytics tools (Brandwatch, Emplifi/Social Bakers, SproutSocial).- SEO experience preferred, but not required- Coding experience in R/SQL/Python- Solid PC experience with advanced Google Docs Editors, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required- Detail-oriented, with strong written and oral communication skills and attentive to deadlines- High level of interest in the process of transforming data into practical knowledge- Ability to learn new computer programs and research methods
