**About Chiper**

Chiper is a tech Startup present in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Through its e-commerce platform, it offers mass consumer products at direct manufacturer prices to independent businesses such as neighborhood stores, liquor stores, mini-markets, among others. Our purpose is to create bridges between low and middle-income people who are looking for better alternatives to buying their essential goods, their needs, and opportunities for traditional and obsolete models with technology, always thinking about that end-user and their alternatives. Our inspiration is the ultimate buyer sourcing from these independent businesses.

Chiper was born as a project in 2018 and in 2019 it was launched as a company. We have had accelerated growth and we seek to add to our team of entrepreneurs who dream of taking over the world, who enjoy an environment of uncertainty and co-creation. We want people who first of all want to be the best in what they do and also help their colleagues to be.

**Be part of a team where you will be**:
As a Designer UX/UI you will be responsible for researching, evaluating and generating interfaces according to business and user requirements at a high quality visual level and with intuitive design patterns for digital products.

**We are looking for**:
Professionals in Design, Industrial Design or related careers.

**Your principal responsibilities will be**:

- Create well thought out and impactful product concepts, wireframes, flows, information architecture, prototypes and UI patterns.
- Coordinate and lead collaborative design reviews and participate in usability testing to refine design artifacts.
- Review the designs made by the team of UX/UI designers that make up the team.
- Propose improvements in our quality bars and our standardized processes.
- Iterate daily by communicating with key stakeholders on new product ideas.
- Create compelling visual content and high-fidelity clickable prototypes.
- Manage the work team, motivate them to be better, support their development and lead them to be better.
- Plan and execute user research throughout the product development process, from discovery research to usability testing and behavior analysis using appropriate research methodologies.

**We are looking the next skills**:

- Experience working as part of a Scrum development team (or other agile methodology).
- Ability to design and deliver early concept layouts, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and mockups.
- Passion for Qualitative UX Research, Quantitative UX Research, Data Visualization, Business Modeling and Prioritization, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Special Design Areas, UX/UI Valuation, UX/UI Frameworks, Workshop Facilitation).
