As an **Assistant Property Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently processing sales and refinancing documents for properties under our client’s management, utilizing Homewise and other relevant systems. Your responsibilities will extend to addressing and managing ticket requests, ensuring their prompt resolution, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Day | Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 COL- Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá- Salary: 3,500,000 COP

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience in property management.
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must for effective interaction with tenants and stakeholders.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule that aligns with our Chicago-based business hours is essential to meet the demands of the role effectively.
- Technology Proficiency: High comfort level with web-based software, including but not limited to Google Suite, is necessary to efficiently manage property-related tasks and documents.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer Service: A customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with property management teams and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

- Processing Sales and Refinancing Documents: Utilize Homewise and other relevant systems to efficiently process sales and refinancing documents for the properties under our management.
- Ticket Requests and Coordination: Address and manage ticket requests, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ownership Transfer and Title Checks: Facilitate smooth ownership transfers and post title checks after property sales, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Moves and Deliveries: Approve and coordinate moves and deliveries for tenants, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to property policies.
- Recording Leases and Tenant Information: Maintain accurate records of leases and tenants' information in our database, updating relevant details as needed.
- Lease Approval for Selected Associations: Review and approve leases for specific associations, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and property rules.
- Phone Call Management: Handle phone calls related to sales, leasing, and moves, providing exceptional customer service and prompt assistance.
- Venture Invitations Homes: Collaborate with Venture Invitations Homes and assist in managing properties under their management, ensuring effective communication and adherence to processes.
- Invoicing: Assist in preparing and managing property-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Personal Issues: Provide support and assistance to tenants and residents in resolving personal issues related to their living arrangements.
