**This is a full-time, project-based position with the potential to grow.**

We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (EST) or have overlapping hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative director +b client account managers on directions for the latest ad campaigns.
- Create exceptional design concepts and take assigned projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines
- Adapt your design style to accommodate a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.
- Strategize with analysts on ways to refine creatives based on historical performance data and marketing trends
- Participate in regular design strategy and feedback sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience working across a variety of design projects
- Experience with UX and UI design
- Looking for a long-term fit in a fast-growth company
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in fast fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch App

**The First Few Weeks in the Role**:

- **Onboarding**:Engage in a comprehensive onboarding process to understand MVR Digital’s processes, tools, and team dynamics.
- **Client Introduction**: Meet with existing clients, understand ongoing projects, and establish rapport.
- **Team Interaction**: Get to know the team, understand their roles, and establish communication and workflow protocols.
- **Project Review**:Dive into ongoing projects to understand current statuses, upcoming milestones, and potential challenges.
- **Goal Setting**: Work with leadership to plan 60/90/180-day goals to set you up for success.
