**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats (e.g., shapefiles, geoJSON, KML).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
