DESCRIPTION

Latam Franchise Quality organization is recruiting a Quality & Compliance Analyst located in Cali, Colombia.

This person will be the direct Franchise Q&C support in the R&D organization from Cali, being responsible for supporting quality activities related to R&D teams and GMP Laboratories.

This person also has regional responsibilities such as:

- Assures the maintenance of quality systems within R&D LATAM.
- Focuses on Regional supporting R&D internal audits.
- Performs documentation reviews (Global, Regional, and local ones) within the scope of its activities, including laboratories protocols approvals.
- Supports on training activities and also as training focal point to Franchise Quality area.
- Responsible to qualify (audit and monitor) external R&D suppliers.
- Supports Metrics compilation.
- Manages GMP documentation maintenance, storage and archival.
- Supports JJRC assessments, regulatory inspections, and Inspection Readiness Program.
- Leads or supports digital projects implementations and improvements within R&D LATAM.
- Supports compliance projects to promote continuous improvement within R&D LATAM.

Interacts and provides guidance to R&D professionals on GxP regulatory requirements. Proactively investigates and develops improvements to existing processes or develops new processes. Conducts batch record reviews and issue product certificate of conformance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related science is required
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a regulated industry (GMP environment, quality or product development for cosmetics, medical devices and/or drugs) is required
- Good communication, organizational, interpersonal skills is desired
- Advanced English is required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) is required
- Lead auditor certification is desired
- Power BI knowledge is desired
