**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?**
- Activar y gestionar los beneficios y/o auxilios de los empleados, siendo su punto de contacto.
- Implementar el proceso de mejora continua de la gestión de los beneficios/auxilios de los empleados en las diferentes herramientas de la compañía.
- Gestionar y actualizar las herramientas de Self Service de la compañía (BOT, Teams, etc.), liderando la adopción de los usuarios, actualización y mantenimiento de las herramientas de autogestión y autoconsulta.
- Liderar el proceso de Time & Attendance a través de la plataforma Kronos, gestionando y promoviendo las mejoras de la herramienta con el proveedor, adopción, usabilidad y simplificación de los informes.
- Realizar seguimiento de las marcaciones y reporta novedades a nómina para ser procesadas (pagos de jornada laboral, recargos, horas extras, ausencias, bonificación reemplazo temporal de roles de mayor nível, entre otros).
- Generar informes de ausentismo, horas extras, horas hombre, cumplimiento de la política working hours, entre otros, para compartir con stakeholders y subir reportes mensuales a plataformas.
- Trabajar junto con el hub en el plan de automatización de procesos y mejora continua de los mismos
- Gestionar las solicitudes de cesantías por parte de los empleados.
- Tramitar las solicitudes de libranzas y préstamos por convenio.
- Reportar y realizar seguimiento a pagos de bonificación por reconocimientos por antigüedad.
- Soportar actividades y campañas de Recursos Humanos en la Planta
- Apoyar al HRBP con temas logísticos de ingresos y egresos relacionados con herramientas de IT, kit de ingreso y documentación a firmar y completar cuando sea necesario.
- Apoyar al HRBP en el proceso gestión de vacaciones: prima extralegal, vacaciones compensadas, generación de cartas de vacaciones colectivas y reportar novedades de vacaciones a nómina.
- Realizar el proceso de validación de certificaciones laborales.
- Gestionar los procesos relacionados con EPS, CCF, ARL, pensiones y cesantías, como son modificaciones, desvinculaciones/retiros, reportes, validación de inconsistencias, certificaciones, envío de información a empleados, saldos de cartera, etc.
- Realizar las validaciones de RUAF - Registro Único de Afiliados.
- Soportar requerimientos de data y auditorías.
- Gestionar del archivo físico de Recursos Humanos de la planta.

**LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO**

**Experiências & Calificaciones**
- Profesional Ingeniera Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afines.
- Experiência mínima de dos (2) años en cargos de generalista de recursos humanos, administración de personal y procesos de automatización.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Conocimientos en análisis de datos, Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Workday o herramientas de administración de personal similares.
