What You'll Bring:
Assurance of the technical qualities of all analytics processes in the Dominican Republic. Participate in the development of bureau models available for the Latam market. Ensure alternative data evaluation processes. Ensure global credit data framework compliance. Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and statistical quality of analytical products, both custom and generic.
Partners internally with senior management and externally with industry specialists. Provides consultation on niche areas of the business that require in-depth analysis on multi-faceted dimensions.
Provides in-depth consultation on data analysis and makes recommendations that may impact products, services, or processes.
Subject matter expert with additional experience and/or education.
Impact You'll Make:
Is a Subject Matter Expert in analytics and model development. Special focus on history of model development for credit risk.
Understands the risks that are associated with new and existing models in order to develop tools to minimize those risks.
Consult and demonstrate highly sophisticated or unique knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories, and procedures to address highly complex problems which are not clearly defined.
- MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent is desired (3+ years directly relevant work experience).
- Seven (7) or more years of professional experience in Analytics.
- Ability to travel 10-20%.
- Mastery of one or more statistical software languages (R, Python, etc.).
