En Wood Colombia buscamos para nuestro equipo de trabajo técnico, tecnologo o profesional en contabilidad de 0 a 2 años de experiência con los siguientes requisitos.
- Conocimiento de procedimientos básicos con libros contables, reglamentos fiscales
- Buena actitud, interés en aprender y abierto a recibir retroalimentacion
- Facultad de comunicarse efectivamente con compañeros tanto clientes internos
- Capacidad de trabajar bien en el equipo y llevar a cabo actividades asignadas
- Habilidades fuertes en matematicas, organización tanto atención a detalle
- Experiência practica en MS excel, herramientas ofimáticas y software contable
- Deseado
- experiência con ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc)
- Deseado - nível de ingles B1 o superior
- Causar asientos contables de acuerdo con las indicaciones de contadores
- Recibir facturas, conciliarlas a ordenes de compras e identificar discrepancias
- Introducir radicaciones en bases de datos internas
- Contabilizar informes de gastos de acuerdo con la política de empresa
- Realizar análisis de descuentos de nomina con asociado seguimiento con pendientes
- Preparar facturas para los clientes de acuerdo con la política de la empresa
- Verificar la precisión de cifras ingresadas al sistema contable, realizar reconciliaciones de cuentas de balance
- Mantener registros financieros digitales con debidos soportes
- Ejecutar reconciliaciones de documentos registrados con DIAN frente transacciones en sistema contable
- Soportar equipo contable en las auditorías anuales
