We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated** **Senior Full-Stack Developer.** This role is crucial to our team, involving leading the development and ongoing optimization of our e-commerce platform using advanced technologies like Shopify for the back end and NextJS for the front end, hosted on Vercel. We are looking for a professional passionate about growth and experimentation in the e-commerce domain.

**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- E-commerce Store Development and Optimization: Lead the development and continuous optimization of our headless e-commerce store, ensuring top performance and an exceptional user experience.
- Experimentation and Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, using data and analytics to drive improvements in site functionality and UX.
- Implementation of Improvements: Identify opportunities and execute the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance user conversion rates and engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor site performance, identifying and resolving technical issues or bugs to ensure smooth operations.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and user feedback to guide development decisions and prioritize projects.

- Full-Stack Development Experience: Proven and extensive experience in full-stack development, with an emphasis on Shopify and NextJS.
- Mastery of JavaScript and Related Frameworks: Solid knowledge in modern JavaScript, including frameworks like React and Node.js, and experience in server-side rendering.
- Expertise in Growth Hacking: Proven experience in growth hacking, with skills in implementing and analyzing A/B tests and data-driven development.
- Advanced Analytical Tools: High proficiency in analytical tools, preferably Posthog, for detailed tracking and analysis of experiments.
- Creative Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and creativity in driving user engagement and conversions.
- Specific Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React and Node.js.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Skills in web performance optimization and SEO practices.
- Experience in database management and cloud storage.
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be valued
