**Job Purpose**

The Practice Coordinator will be responsible for analysis and implementation activities to support the Salesforce Practice, and perform daily tasks as directed by the VP Salesforce Practice and the Director, Global Partner Lead, Salesforce.
The Practice Coordinator acts as administration and support between Astound's internal teams and Salesforce.. This role will involve collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization to coordinate activities and collate data for reporting.

**In this role you will get to**
- Link into the Astound Training & Development team to support and manage Astound team members Salesforce certifications and vouchers.
- Working in distributed teams that include employees from Astound, from our partners and contractors.
- Support multiple small initiatives by working with the VP Salesforce Practice and the Director, Global Partner Lead by driving through a clear list of actions to deliver a defined objective by a set delivery date and highlighting any risks / issues that could impact this during delivery. Types or small initiatives will fall into 4 categories:

- sales alignment & opportunities tracking
- content generation - working with the Analytics and Insights team to generate relevant Salesforce-facing content.
- publishing marketing briefs - stories to market project-work to Salesforce channel as the output.
- partner library repository - utilise internal global repository to manage and store all partner-facing content.
- Take ownership to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive problems to resolution, working closely with the Analytics and Insights, Global Sales, Global Marketing, Global Alliances and TCA.
- Manage day to day communication with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Analysis of Corporate information, reports preparation by management request.
- Manage and Support high-attendance marketing events, facilitate sharing of media or documentation etc.
- General tasks as identified by the VP Salesforce Practice and the Director Partnership Channel.
- Providing secretariat service at the Practice Board meetings, including agenda, forward view and collation of the actions, risks issues and reports for review at the meeting.
- Takes ownership to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive meeting actions to completion.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years experience of working in an administrator or support role with multi-disciplinary teams and individuals from different specialisms to drive successful outcomes.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Good business communication and writing skills with experience in producing and conveying information appropriate for its intended audience, i.e., individuals at all company levels, both individually and as a group.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating excellence to keep things running smoothly, working well under pressure without sacrificing quality.
- Good experience in driving initiatives and ensuring the work is delivered, highly driven.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Working in an international company.
- Master/Bachelor's degree desirable
- Experience of working with Salesforce and collaboration tools (Quip, Сonfluence, JIRA), in a sales or marketing environment, gathering, analysing and maintaining large amounts of data. Desireble.
