**Title**: Specialist SLS & Programs (AFR)

**Location**: GSC BOG

Process quotes, consult and update documentation, use corporate systems such as Fresh desk, Sales Exchange and start presenting at Quote Shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in Quoting process and fast learner as this person will need to know the step by step of all scopes that we have in AFR.
- Quality checks to be done about the performance of the team.
- Support the team on questions and escalations.
- Periodical calls with BPs.
- Reports of performance weekly/monthly.
- Find improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues.
- Receive new rate request and perform the quote taking into account the customer needs.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years in logistics processes
- Good communication in English (verbal and written).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy

**Relevant information**:

- Salary: $2.380.000
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($166.600 min
- $309.400 max)
- Food Allowance: $95.564
