**En TOUS seleccionamos a un/a Market Planner **para unirse al Departamento de Retail Merchandising en nuestra sede ubicada **en Bogotá, Colombia.**

Como** Market planner **Gestionarás e implementarás el catálogo adecuado de producto para los diferentes mercados de LATAM. Garantizarás el stock óptimo para el cumplimento de ventas y avalar que cada país tenga las colecciones a nível de oferta comercial y necesidad local.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Titulación Universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en gestión de producto dentro del sector retail y/o gran consumo.
- Imprescindible nível de inglés avanzado.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel.
- Persona organizada, proactiva y acostumbrada a trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Analizar la demanda, comprender la dinámica del mercado y las influencias externas que impactan en las previsiones de venta.
- Seguimiento de ventas y stock del mercado tanto a corto como a medio plazo, así como seguimiento de los KPI’s que permita analizar la calidad del stock en el país y los cambios de tendencia.

- Planificar objetivos de ventas por mercado, canal y categoría.
- Adaptar la estrategia de la empresa a las necesidades del mercado, planificando y sugiriendo acciones comerciales con el fin de incrementar ventas.
- Realizar el seguimiento de envíos y fidelización de las relaciones con nuestros partners y colaboración con nuestras sedes internacionales.
- Revisar que los parámetros de las herramientas de análisis y distribución están alineados con la necesidad del mercado.
- Realizar el seguimiento de envíos a tiendas tanto físicas como digitales, desde preparación hasta recepción.
- Especificar necesidades de producto para aperturas de tiendas y gestión de stock en caso de cierre.
- Controlar el exceso y obsolescencia de producto.
- Estrategia de movimientos entre tiendas con el fin de optimizar el stock del país.
