En este rol, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con otros ingenieros de diversos equipos para ofrecer productos innovadores, de alta calidad y escalables. Tus responsabilidades diarias incluirán colaborar con otros ingenieros para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar nuevas funciones. A medida que tus habilidades crezcan, también lo harán el tamaño y el alcance de los proyectos en los que participarás. Sezzle tiene una sólida cultura de promoción con caminos definidos a través de la ingeniería que se adaptan a todos los níveles. Trabajarás como parte de un equipo de ingeniería full-stack con diversas disciplinas.

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Diseñar aplicaciones de software y funciones en Golang y React.
- Ayudar a construir una arquitectura distribuida, creando soluciones que funcionen dentro de ella, manteniendo la consistencia mientras se escala altamente.
- Coordinar con las partes interesadas de la empresa interna para diseñar productos ganadores del mercado.
- Desarrollar y recopilar métricas para impulsar la mejora continua de los productos existentes.
- Entregar funciones de alta calidad que se puedan probar y que cumplan con los estándares de informes.
- Según sea necesario, liderar pequeños equipos de desarrollo para llevar un proyecto al mercado.
- Guiar a otros compañeros de equipo de ingeniería para ayudar a elevar su experiência y conocimiento.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Al menos 7 años de experiência en ingeniería de software full-stack.
- Experiência en aportar nuevas ideas y generar consenso sobre el camino a seguir.
- Experiência en la construcción y prestación de servicios de API REST utilizando Go, Python o PHP.
- Experiência trabajando en una arquitectura distribuida basada en la nube, ya sea con patrones de diseño como buzones de salida transaccionales o herramientas de colas como RabbitMQ, SQS o Kafka.
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o título similar, o experiência laboral equivalente.

**Conocimientos y habilidades preferidos**:

- Experiência con RDMS basado en SQL a través de una herramienta ORM.
- Cómodo con el uso de plataformas de observabilidad como Prometheus, o soluciones de proveedores como NewRelic o Datadog para instrumentar su código para monitoreo y alerta de producción.
- Experiência en DevOps con pipelines CI/CD.
- Familiaridad con la arquitectura de microservicios en contenedores implementada con Kubernetes en AWS.
- Historial demostrado de entrega de API comerciales y aplicaciones web.
- Un registro claro de llevar los productos al mercado y priorizar las soluciones y las mejoras en función de los comentarios de las partes interesadas/clientes.
