We are looking for a **Lead** **UX Designer** with a good understanding of the end-to-end product design process, well-developed design craft, and strong problem-solving skills.
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps.
- Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities, leads teams in charge of executing research tasks and is capable to analyze the outcomes generated by the research.
- Proficiency designing the UI, information architecture, and interaction flow of app based digital products.
- Experience determining the end-to-end user experience map, building empathy and understanding with the users in order to improve their journey through the site and make thoughtful and useful design decisions.
- Designs and implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance.
Informs and shares design process insights with the stakeholders and team partners.
- Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production.
- Provides insight from their own experience on how to approach assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
- Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies
- Excellent English Skills (C1 or Higher)
**Nice to have skills**
- At least 3 years experience in a client-facing lead role at an agency
