**Position**:Back Office Operation
**City**:On site - Cali
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
**Remuneration**: $3'000.000 - 3'700.000
**Job description**: This role, will be responsible for managing all aspects of the import process, from coordinating with overseas suppliers to ensuring timely delivery to domestic customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage import shipments from Asia, Latin America and Europe to the US.
- Coordinate with international carriers and customs brokers.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices).
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients.
- Ensure adherence to all import regulations and compliance requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or related logistics field.
- Familiarity with LCS port codes, ocean carrier tracking systems, and import/export terminology.
- Experience pushing documents through the middle part of the supply chain (domestic air/ground).
- Proficiency in Magaya and Sammy import/export software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
