Job Opportunity: Grants Assistant (Colombia)
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a detail-oriented and research-driven Grants Assistant to join our team at Intuitive Solutions This role is crucial in supporting our grant-finding and application processes to secure funding for nonprofits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify grant opportunities aligned with our clients’ missions
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of grant opportunities for efficient access
- Collaborate with the grant writing team to provide detailed research reports that support targeted applications
- Prepare concise summaries of potential grants, including eligibility criteria and deadlines
- Monitor key databases for updates on funding opportunities and communicate timely with the team
- Assist in compiling application materials and maintaining records of submitted grants
- Organize and manage digital files related to grant applications for easy retrieval
- Input and update data in grant management software as needed
Requirements:
- Located in Colombia (mandatory).
- English B2+ level (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, - - - - -- Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in grant writing, administration, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with grant management software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
