Objetivo del cargo
Liderar la planeación, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre de proyectos estratégicos en Pipeline Business School, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos, cronogramas, presupuestos y entregables. El Project Manager será responsable de coordinar equipos interdisciplinarios, facilitar la comunicación entre áreas y garantizar la calidad en la implementación de soluciones educativas y tecnológicas.

Requisitos
Título profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Negocios o áreas afines.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en educación, servicios o entornos digitales.
Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales.
Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion o similares.
Deseable certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master, entre otras).

Funciones principales
Planificar, estructurar y ejecutar proyectos institucionales.
Definir y hacer seguimiento a cronogramas, recursos, presupuestos y entregables.
Coordinar con diferentes áreas y aliados para el desarrollo eficiente de los proyectos.
Identificar riesgos, proponer acciones preventivas y resolver obstáculos operativos.
Documentar procesos y generar reportes de avance y resultados.
Implementar buenas prácticas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
Contribuir con propuestas de mejora continua para los procesos internos.

Contrato: Prestación De Servicios
Modalidad: 100% Remota.
Jornada: Tiempo completo.
Salario: 3.000.000.
