We're helping our clients, FAVA, and Remote Latinos, hire for a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter.
“We service the real estate industry with the best A-players from Latin America.”

Compensation: USD5 - 10/hour.
+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation).

Location: Remote (specific time zone) GMT-07:00 to GMT+01:00.

Skills: Beginner in real estate sales, real estate investing, and GHL (GoHighLevel).

Responsibilities and more:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and opportunities.
- Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.
- Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.

Non-negotiables:

- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Experience with GHL methodologies.
- Background in real estate or investment is a must.
