Sobre el rolEl Inside Account Associate es responsable de reclutar, habilitar y activar partners de nube, acompañándolos desde su incorporación hasta lograr sus primeras oportunidades y ventas.Su misión principal es acelerar el crecimiento del ecosistema de canal, mediante entrenamiento, acompañamiento comercial y ejecución operativa de iniciativas junto a vendors.Este rol trabaja de manera cercana con equipos comerciales, marketing, vendors y partners para asegurar que cada canal entienda la propuesta de valor, se habilite correctamente y logre resultados en el corto plazo.Responsabilidades principalesActivación y reclutamiento de partnersIdentificar y contactar nuevos partners de nube dentro de la región.Explicar la propuesta de valor del programa y guiar el proceso de registro y onboarding.Evaluar el potencial del partner y priorizar acciones de activación.Onboarding y habilitaciónAcompañar a los partners en su proceso inicial dentro del programa.Coordinar y ejecutar entrenamientos virtuales o presenciales.Asegurar que el partner comprenda herramientas, beneficios y recursos disponibles.Aceleración comercialDiseñar planes simples de acción para que el partner logre su primera venta.Dar seguimiento a oportunidades, activaciones y métricas de avance.Apoyar al partner en la generación de cotizaciones y navegación de programas.Gestión de relaciónMantener comunicación constante y proactiva con los partners asignados.Presentar ofertas de valor, campañas y recursos relevantes.Trabajar en conjunto con equipos internos y vendors para remover fricciones.Operación y reportingRegistrar interacciones, actividades y resultados en las herramientas internas.Compartir insights sobre mercado, adopción y desempeño del canal.Participar en sesiones, capacitaciones y actividades.Perfil requeridoExperiencia previa en ventas internas, canales, partner enablement o customer success.Conocimiento o interés en soluciones cloud (ideal AWS).Habilidad para comunicar, entrenar y motivar partners.Orientación fuerte a seguimiento, ejecución y resultados.Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y organizada.Key SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
