Buscamos un Auxiliar de Customer Success que brinde soporte integral al área, asegurando una experiencia postventa de alto nivel para nuestros socios y estudiantes.
Funciones principales:
Brindar asesoría y soporte personalizado a estudiantes y socios.
Responder mensajes en Skool y WhatsApp de forma oportuna.
Realizar seguimiento a estudiantes activos en talleres y plataformas.
Agregar nuevos socios a las comunidades correspondientes.
Enviar recordatorios y copys sobre talleres, encuestas y reseñas.
Participar y moderar talleres semanales y especiales.
Subir talleres grabados a plataformas (Skool, Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Organizar y mantener actualizadas las bases de datos.
Diligenciar y actualizar el tracker de gestión.
Apoyar en la implementación y revisión de automatizaciones.
Requisitos:
Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente.
Manejo básico de herramientas de Google Drive y paquete Office.
Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en áreas administrativas, comunicativas o de servicio al cliente.

Salario: $1.423.000 + $200.000 auxilio de transporte

Horario: Lunes a viernes 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. | Sábados 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
