Creative Account Manager

You love great creative and you care whether it works. WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia to run the day to day for a book of consumer brand clients: strong work out the door on time and on scope, tied to results, and accounts that grow. If you work hard, use AI to move faster and want to be the best at what you do, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

• Day-to-day client communication and the relationship on every account you run
• Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC
• Each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms. Flag scope creep early and price the extra work
• Creative performance: read results with the media team and bring the client the next test
• Growth: spot new work inside existing accounts and build the case with your Account Director
• Speed: use AI every day on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research
• Clean project management: every Asana task has an owner and a due date

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of account management working with creative teams, agency or brand side
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B or lead gen
• Has shipped paid social and digital creative for channels like Meta, TikTok and YouTube
• Has run client relationships directly, not only supported them
• Can show how they use AI in their work today
• Stable job history
• Based in Bogota, Colombia

Nice to Have:

• UGC or influencer programs
• Performance creative testing
