8am is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to own the end-to-end billing process within our Revenue team. You will ensure accurate invoicing, manage Stripe subscriptions, handle refunds and chargebacks, and reconcile payments while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success for a seamless experience.
You will contribute to automation initiatives, maintain clean AR aging, and keep customer data accurate as we scale our financial operations.
