Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules including Source-to-Pay (STP), Materials Management (MM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Environment Health and Safety (EHSH), Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on SuccessFactors, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role will manage a team of functional analysts and work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions that drive business value and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP functional strategy and execution across STP, MM, EAM, EHSH, HCM SuccessFactors and IBP modules.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, define business processes, and align SAP solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP IBP to improve demand planning, supply planning, and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Oversee SAP solution architecture and ensure seamless integration between modules and with third-party systems.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Lead a team of SAP functional analysts and consultants; provide mentorship, performance management, and capacity planning.
  • Partner with technical teams (Basis, ABAP, Integration) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain governance, change management, and best practices in SAP project execution.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and user adoption; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate policies related to SAP systems and data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
  • Proven expertise in SAP STP (including SRM or Ariba integration), MM, EAM, EHSH, HCM (SuccessFactors), and IBP
  • Deep understanding of business processes related to procurement, supply chain, asset management, safety compliance, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Advanced English C1 Certification

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certifications in any of the key modules.
  • Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies or hybrid project delivery models.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and testing tools like HP ALM or Tricentis.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting or BW/4HANA
  • GRC Access Control Certification
  • ITIL or other process framework certifications
