You will be responsible for driving the evolution of the enterprise and software architecture, promoting the adoption of modern technologies, cloud computing, DevOps, and artificial intelligence to strengthen the organization’s capacity for innovation and digital transformation.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a technical leader with strategic vision and extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solutions architecture, capable of defining the organization’s technological evolution and supporting engineering teams in the implementation of modern solutions.
You must be an analytical, innovative, and results-oriented individual, with the ability to make high-impact technical decisions, lead technological modernization processes, and foster a culture of architectural excellence. We particularly value professionals who are passionate about research, the adoption of new technologies, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in software architecture and development.Education* Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* A specialization or master’s degree in Software Architecture, Business Architecture
* , Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
* Certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure SolutionsArchitect, Kubernetes, DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, or related technologiesare desirable.Required Experience* More than 8 years of experience in software architecture and development.
* Experience defining reference architectures, technical standards, anddevelopment guidelines for medium
- and large-scale organizations.
* Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, andSoftwareArchitectureusing TOGAF and modern architectural patterns.
* Experience with architectures based on Microservices, Clean Architecture,Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, andEvent-Driven Architecture.
* Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloudwith high availability, resilience, and scalability.
* Proficiency in technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Python (Django and FastAPI), C#.
NET, Node.js, React, Next.js, Vue.js, and modern frameworks.
* Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
* Knowledge of observability using Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry,Kibana, the ELK Stack, or equivalent platforms.
* Experience promoting the use of Artificial Intelligence in software developmentusing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI,
* Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.
* Knowledge of AI-native architectures, integration of Language Models(LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol),intelligent agents, RAG, and vector databases.Desirable Experience* Experience in enterprise architecture at the corporate level.
* Experience leading technological modernization anddigitaltransformation processes.
* Knowledge of architecture governance and the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
* Experience with observability and AIOps platforms.
* Additional certifications in Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, or Artificial Intelligence.
* Experience in organizations with multiple development teams anddistributedarchitectures.
