ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Talent Operations team and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations in a 1000+ people IT company. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR, applying your organizational and communication skills to support processes and special initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine;
- Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help our engineers to find a part-time project or a mentor within the company);
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
MUST HAVES
- 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR;
- Highly developed listening and communication skills;
- You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
- Great attention to detail.
NICE TO HAVES
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
- You have strong GTD skills.
