Role Description
The Senior Coupa Procure to Pay Business Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Capital District, Colombia, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of Coupa Procure to Pay processes, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving end-to-end procurement and AP processes, and configuring or supporting Coupa solutions to align with business objectives. The analyst will perform data analysis, identify process gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate testing and user training. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, monitoring system performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Procure to Pay function.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, process metrics, and system performance.
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting findings, and supporting change management.
- Knowledge of Business Process design and optimization, particularly within Procure to Pay workflows.
- Experience defining and managing Business Requirements for procurement, accounts payable, and related financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Procure to Pay or similar eProcurement / ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and supplier management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in bilingual, multicultural environments.
- Proven ability to work in hybrid teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in data visualization, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus.
- Relevant professional certifications in business analysis, procurement, or ERP systems are advantageous.
