Hire Latam LLC is seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Account Manager to join the Customer Success team and own a post‑trial portfolio. You will guide customers from trial graduation through activation, adoption, and expansion, partnering with sales, support, and product teams to reduce churn and grow net MRR.
Responsibilities include onboarding customization, executive relationship management, and proactive outreach.
