At Sii Group Colombia, a French multinational specialized in technology consulting and digital transformation, we are currently looking for a IT Business Manager with solid experience in business development within the technology sector.
We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the IT market, proven experience in Staff Augmentation and Software Factory models, and the ability to lead the full commercial cycle in highly technical consultative environments.
- Employment type: Permanent, open-ended contract.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, plus commissions and a comprehensive corporate benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive the sale and closure of technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
- Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming).
- Build technical-commercial proposals aligned with technology profiles (QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.)
- Manage margins, profitability, and commercial forecasting.
- Work strategically with the recruitment team to ensure delivery timelines, SLA compliance, and business sustainability
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting firms, technology staffing, or software factory environments.
- Proven experience selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions
- Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cloud, Architecture, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in both hunting and farming within the IT sector
- Experience negotiating margins and commercial billing structures
