KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase upsells. Lead strategy, build backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners, and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
We are a 100% remote, fast-growing team with significant ad spend. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of CRO experience and deep Intelligems know-how, plus expertise in paid funnels and analytics.
