Porch Group is seeking a System Support Specialist to join our remote team in Colombia. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and delivering insurance products across policy administration and operational systems, with close collaboration across Systems, Product, Operations, and Compliance.
You will perform testing, resolve issues, provide end-user support, and help drive product launches and post-release improvements in a regulated environment.
