Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is a young team eager to learn, help, collaborate proactively with peers, leaders and contribute their values to our company. The team is responsible for integrating and developing processes that meet both revenue and expense needs, supporting the organization's commercial team by managing financial planning processes within the functional area, participating in planning and contributing to global and local strategies.
The trainee will have the opportunity to focus on five different areas to learn about Vertical Retail P&L dynamics, second round review and analysis of the operating plan and follow up reporting during closing. During his journey this person will deliver a project of regional importance and will have the opportunity to learn soft skills like organizational savvy, relationship building and time management.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Obteined university approval to complete their 2027-1 internship program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
