Drayage Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator
1 Global Conexión is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team
This role combines logistics coordination, customer relationship management, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate drayage operations, including container pickups, deliveries, and appointment scheduling.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, terminals, and warehouses to coordinate shipments and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate solutions to operational issues.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date shipment records, customer information, and operational documentation.
- Manage emails, update internal systems, and ensure information is accurately documented and communicated.
- Follow up on pending tasks, appointments, and operational requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Support daily logistics operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Previous experience in drayage, trucking, logistics, or transportation is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Applicants must be able to communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Experience in customer service, customer relations, or logistics coordination is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site when required.
- A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Someone who can balance operational coordination with customer communication, stay ahead of potential issues, maintain accurate records, and take ownership of tasks from beginning to completion.
